History
The Dutch Alliance (TDA) was born in Hilversum in 1998. The Chairman’s Executive Board of the by then eight participating Dutch regional VET centres signed a cooperation agreement to ratify that their institutes were cooperating on the field of internationalisation. TDA became an official Foundation in the year 2000.
TDA is governed by a Steering Committee which consists of a representative of each VET school (the coordinator internationalisation). And is supervised by a Supervisory Board formed by the Chairman’s Executive Board of three of the seven TDA members.
Since 2016 an informal cooperation partnership was established with four other networks of VET schools in Finland, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Basque Country, Spain. Together with those for netwerks, TDA is part of the Network of Networks. https://partnersin.vet/
